Neil R. Feeley, Sr. started in the tennis business in 1962 as an employee of the J. G. Coffey Company in Barrington, R. I. Over the next 10 years Mr. Feeley worked throughout the Southern New England area at numerous private clubs and residences, as well as colleges and universities building and maintaining both tennis and other recreational venues.
Mr. Feeley relocated to Cape Cod, Massachusetts in 1972 upon returning from Viet Nam as a Combat Engineer Officer. He subsequently developed and operated 2 regional recreational facilities on Cape Cod while continuing his tennis business with his son. After a number of years in Massachusetts, Mr. Feeley decided to relocate to his vacation home in Southwestern Maine and in 2007 designated the southern New England territories to his son, Neil Feeley Jr after his acquisition of J.G. Coffey Co.
In 2004 Mr. Feeley identified a need for a quality, competitively priced recreational surfacing and construction contractor in the northern New England area.

was formed in 1994 and has since provided quality workmanship for towns, municipalities, schools, private residences, and camps as far north as the Canadian border.
